Holly Phillips, RNLI, United Kingdom, won the Women In SAR Award, sponsored by HamiltonJet.

Holly has 21 years of dedicated service with the RNLI in the engineering team. She began her career as a Naval Architect and ultimately rose to the role of Principal Naval Architect. Over the years, she played a crucial role in the design, construction, repair, safety, and ongoing support of nearly every lifeboat in the RNLI fleet.

Her career has significantly advanced the presence of women in engineering, inspiring future generations both in the UK, Ireland, and internationally. Read more
