Back to Customer UpdatesThe NZ Government has announced that the Covid Alert Level is changing from Level 4 to Level 3 at midnight on Tuesday 31 August in Christchurch. This means that the factory can resume production on Wednesday 1 September.
We will be in contact with customers who have orders in the factory early next week and advise the effect the factory shutdown has on the delivery date of your order. All Sales and Marketing, Finance, IT, Production Planning, Technical Support and Senior Management Team will continue to work from home while we are at Level 3. Thank you for cooperation, we will do our best to minimise the impact of the shutdown.
