Back to Customer UpdatesThe NZ Government has extended the Level 4 Lockdown until midnight Friday 27th August and
consequently the factory must remain closed until then.
We are currently revising the production schedule based on this timetable; however, we cannot
rule out the possibility that the factory will be closed for a longer period if the lockdown at
level 4 is extended again. We can operate the factory at level 3.
At this stage most orders will be delayed by at least two weeks. Until we know when we can
resume production, we are not able to advise new delivery dates.
We understand the uncertainty and inconvenience this brings, and we will work with you to
minimise the impact for everyone.
