Q1. Tell us about your first HamiltonJet project with us.
I would like to say that it was something special. But it was a typical project for a single installation for a police boat. I remember the order for the smallest waterjet, the HJ213.
Q2. When did your relationship with HamiltonJet start?
It started in 2013 after, I would say, very long discussions with the HamiltonJet colleagues. Somehow, we finalised this in 2013.
Q3. What has been your most interesting vessel project in the last year and why?
The amphibious vessels we built in the middle of Poland to secure flooded areas. That was special, not typical for Hamilton, not typical for maybe everybody, but from the engineering point of view that was really interesting.
Q4. What has been your most interesting vessel project in the last year and why?
Well, I would say I think I have a few one that was this patrol boat fast going patrol boats. And the second one, this is the amphibious we built in the middle of Poland to secure flood that's the areas. So that was a little bit special, not typical for Hamilton, not typical for maybe for everybody but from the engineering point of view that was really interesting.
Q5. What achievement are you most proud of?
All the time when we meet, let's say the prediction was the real life. This is something which you celebrate especially.
Q6. What is the most popular jet in your area?
We deal with the smaller jets. So, I had in mind two jets, the HJ274 and then HJ322.
Q7. How did you get into the marine industry and why?
I would say nothing special. I graduated Technical University of the Lodz on the on the Department of Marine Engine and Engine Rooms. So, it was something for me natural I continue my personal developments within my background.
Q8. Which segment do you anticipate the largest growth in the coming years?
It will be my hope that we finally start to build all segments in Poland, especially this wind energy research sector, as it is booming now. I hope I will be able to also build City Z boats equipped with HamiltonJets.
Q9. Where do you see the marine industry going in the next 5 to 10 years?
I think that there will be more and more specialised vessels. We have to be prepared to use all of our knowledge to get the application just right.
Q10. What would you say has been the biggest challenge you've experienced and solved in the last year?
I think it's connected with this special purpose vessel. It's not typical, sometimes not planned, but there is a lot of demands for that, for the construction. We need to analyse exact construction and prepare exact solutions.
